For me, great design is a beautiful blend of intuition and logic, function and form. It’s a process of finding the simple, powerful truth that can turn a complex idea into an engaging and enduring experience. After more than twenty years earning my stripes at some of Europe's best agencies, I've found my home in a more personal setting at BR-ND People, where we have a straight line between the creative spark and the teams we work with.

My process is built on a simple belief: the best ideas are born from teamwork. I thrive on co-creation and a transparent creative process, whether I’m managing a large-scale branding project or a bespoke design challenge. It’s a joy I’ve shared with Kim and Alexander for over fifteen years, working together to create a space where ideas can be shared freely and built upon collectively. Because great design isn’t created in a vacuum; it comes to life through connection.

Inspiration, for me, is everywhere. I find it in the quiet lines of nature, the captured moment of a photograph, and the art and films that shape our culture. When I’m not designing, you’ll often find me exploring the beautiful streets of Amsterdam through the lens of my camera, dreaming up my next book, and soaking in the city I call home.
