Kim Cramer PhD is co-founder of BR-ND People and co-inventor of 23plusone, the scientific method for emotive dynamics she developed in 2006 with Alexander Koene. She holds a PhD in brand portfolio strategy from the University of Amsterdam and helps mission-driven organisations with brand purpose, culture transformation and leadership.

Most consultants deliver a report. Kim grabs a marker and steps in front of the room. She helps mission-driven organizations in transition inspire their people toward positive behavior and a sustainable future. Together with Alexander Koene she founded BR-ND People on one conviction: organizations only really change when humanity sits at the heart. And no, a ping-pong table in the lobby won't fix that.

  • Science with warmth. Kim has researched how brand strategy and happiness reinforce each other, and she translates those insights straight to the shop floor. The story lands with the CEO and the intern on day one.
  • Facilitator at heart. She'd rather stand in front of a group than behind a desk. Not to broadcast, but to unlock. The best ideas are usually already in the room; Kim makes sure they come out. She's also a guest lecturer in (post)graduate branding and marketing programs and a recurring speaker on emotive branding, organizational identity and happy culture.
  • Three ventures, one mission. Alongside BR-ND People (B Corp since 2018) she's the co-inventor of 23plusone, a scientific method that aligns individual and collective drives. Through The 23plusone Collective she shares it worldwide via a training and licensing program for changemakers. And with Let's Play Equal she pulls diversity and inclusion out of the PowerPoint and lands them on the table; in the form of a serious game.
