The courage to lead the way, together

Imagine seven leading hospitals choosing to step off their separate paths to build a new future together. As early as 2007, they felt a shared drive: Dutch healthcare could be better and should be better. Not from a top‑down directive, but from a deeply felt desire within. The challenge was to give this collective ambition a name, a heart, and a face that could unite them all.

From intention to one shared heartbeat

Our partnership with Santeon spans a decade built on trust. From day one, we searched alongside professionals and patients across all hospitals for the meaning that connects. We shaped the brand strategy, the name, and the identity, refining and strengthening it over the years.

A national pioneer with one voice

The result is Santeon, a strong national hospital brand recognized as a pioneer in healthcare. It strengthens each individual hospital while radiating unity and attracting top medical talent. More than a name, Santeon is living proof that collaboration rooted in a shared purpose can truly improve healthcare. This is where purpose meets performance.

2025 | Brand refresh

As the organization evolved, so did the brand. This year, we took the next step.

Through an iterative, applied process we clarified Santeon’s corporate strategy and refreshed their identity to reflect who they are today — and what they stand for tomorrow. The result is a brand with a renewed mission: together, we accelerate the renewal of healthcare throughout the Netherlands, for current and future generations.

Samen de zorg vernieuwen | Renewing healthcare together

Fitting their mission to accelerate the renewal of healthcare, Santeon launched a new digital platform — a practical tool that helps care professionals standardize, personalize, and digitize care pathways.

The platform turns shared learning into action, offering clear step-by-step guides, practical tools, and inspiring best practices from seven hospitals. It empowers teams to keep improving care for patients and professionals alike.
