A new leadership team felt a shared calling to join forces and turn a network of successful consultancies into one unified brand ready to innovate for a more sustainable world.

From many experts to one integrated team

The essential question was clear: remain a group of specialists, or become one team with one heart. Through an intensive, science‑based and playful co‑creative journey using our 23plusone emotive methodology, we helped leadership define a shared purpose. From that foundation, we shaped a new identity human by human — name, narrative, tone, and first visual sparks — to bring the transformation to life.

Beyond Public Affairs

The result is Publyon, launched in March 2023. One powerful international identity replaces legacy names, with a clear promise to create positive change in society. The name and tagline, Beyond Public Affairs, capture an ambition to deliver lasting impact. More than a rebrand, it marks a new generation united around a shared mission. This is where purpose meets performance.
