When cancer strikes, you want one thing: the very best care. Often that expertise does not live in a single hospital, but across a whole region. That insight sparked a unique collaboration in the Central Netherlands. Several hospitals chose to join forces to give every patient the assurance of the best possible care, no matter where treatment happens. The challenge was to give this network one name, one story, and one identity.
Built with people, for people
A network that revolves around people must be built by people. We chose deep listening and co‑creation. In a series of playful, science‑based sessions using our 23plusone emotive methodology, we brought everyone to the table: patients, medical specialists, and teams from all participating hospitals. Human by human, we uncovered a shared purpose and shaped a brand formed from within.

The result is Oncomid, a brand with a powerful promise. It is the tangible name and recognizable face of an ambitious medical network that innovates, shares knowledge, and conducts joint research. More than a logo, it is reassurance for patients that a full team of specialists is working together for them – a brand that radiates trust and progress. This is where purpose meets performance.
