To find that shared heartbeat, our journey took us around the world. We brought their international teams together in a series of our BR-ND Kitchens, creating spaces from Manassas to Amsterdam where every voice could be heard. Using our science-based and playful methods, we didn't impose a new identity; we listened. We helped them map the values and aspirations that already connected them. Because we believe real change comes from within, we then trained a passionate group of brand ambassadors. We empowered them to co-create the culture, sparking a movement that was built human by human, from the inside out.

The result was more than a refreshed brand with a new story and visual style. The true measure of success was something living and breathing: the creation of an internal ‘Culture Club’. This is a team from within Leaseweb, now dedicated to nurturing their shared culture long after our work was done.
