From Manassas to Amsterdam, our BR‑ND Kitchens brought teams together in playful, science‑based sessions using our 23plusone emotive methodology. We did not impose an identity. We listened. Together we mapped the values already connecting colleagues, then trained a group of passionate brand ambassadors to spark a culture movement from the inside out, human by human.
From refresh to a living rhythm
The outcome went beyond a new story and visual style. The most important result was alive and ongoing: the creation of an internal Culture Club dedicated to nurturing the shared culture long after launch.
