The desire was clear: combine strengths to create greater positive impact and inspire others. The mission needed a name, a narrative, and a home.

From day one, we involved everyone in an intensive, science-based and playful co-creative process using our 23plusone emotive methodology to find the shared heart. During the expansion into Germany in lockdown, we co-created a 100-page Brand Culture Manual - not a rulebook, but a practical guide to purpose, values, and daily behaviors.

A launch that people could feel

The result is Nextview. A strong, unified brand introduced with an unforgettable internal celebration, because people are the brand, and that is worth celebrating. What makes this journey even more meaningful is our shared B Corp certification, a signal of a partnership built on the belief that business should be a force for good.
