How do you forge one new, close-knit family from three successful organizations and five unique brands? That was the beautiful challenge facing the We Accelerate People Group. There was a deep desire to join forces, to create an even greater positive impact together as a company that inspires others. We felt an immediate connection to this mission and had the privilege of helping to give this dream a name and a home.

You build a new brand human by human. From day one, we involved all employees in an intensive and playful co-creative process. We organized events to celebrate milestones and made the entire journey transparent with ‘the making of’ videos. Our collaboration ran deep. For the expansion into Germany, in the middle of lockdown, we co-created a 100-page Brand Culture Manual. This was not a rulebook, but a guide to the heart of the brand, filled with its shared purpose, values, and behaviours.

The result is Nextview. A strong and unified brand that was launched internally with an unforgettable celebration, because people are the brand, and that’s worth celebrating. What makes this journey extra special is our shared B Corp certification. It represents a partnership built on the conviction that business can and should be a force for good.
