I have always been inspired by the people and ideas that challenge the accepted norm. This curiosity led me to two fundamental questions that guide my work and my life: How can we interact more beautifully with each other and with our planet? This is why I co-founded BR-ND People. It was born from a deep desire to build a pioneering agency that places this very humanity at the heart of business, helping to shape a world where we can all thrive.

My work focuses on the soft side of change, which I believe is the most powerful side. With a PhD in Communication Science, my approach is rooted in a deep, science-based understanding of how people connect with ideas and with each other. I believe that when you co-create a brand story with an entire organization, you unlock a powerful, positive energy. This is how you make strategy clear, inspiring, and tangible. Because when people feel seen and heard, they become the true heart of the brand.

Three ventures, one mission

This passion for making a positive impact is expressed through two ventures I have initiated:

• BR-ND People – Our creative change agency and B Corp, dedicated to helping organizations build their brand and culture for positive impact.

• The 23plusone Collective – An international training and licensing community for professionals who want to use our science-based method to make a difference in culture, coaching, and communication, with operational hubs from Amsterdam to Johannesburg and Kuala Lumpur.

• Let's Play Equal – A playful yet profound experience that uses serious gaming to make inclusion and diversity tangible and actionable.

Whether I am speaking, lecturing, or working alongside a team, my goal is always the same: to share knowledge and spark the connections that help us build next better, together.
