To anchor the culture, we started with the people who embody it every day. Through a series of playful and science-based workshops, teams surfaced the values that make Van Vulpen truly Van Vulpen. Using our 23plusone emotive methodology, we looked beyond abstract slogans.

We translated shared pride into visible behaviors and everyday choices, both on the construction site and in the office. "The journey with BR-ND People gave us the words for what we always felt but could never quite grasp," said one of the team members we worked with.
