BR-ND People was commissioned by We Accelerate People Group, consisting of The Design Thinking Center, The Next View, and Beethree, to rebrand three organisations and five individual brands into one new brand with the name Nextview.

In January 2018, the Nextview brand was launched internally with an amazing party. All co-workers have been involved during an intensive co-creative process. In February, the external campaign started.

In 2020, during the COVID-19 lockdown, we created a comprehensive Brand Culture manual to accommodate the launch of Nextview in Germany. This is a 100-page document outlining the purpose, values, service, behavioural principles and visual & verbal expression guidelines. You could see it as the operating manual of the Nextview brand.

For Nextview we have created the corporate brand strategy, brand portfolio, brand name, conceptual brand design, the visual identity, and the culture manifest. During the development process, we have engaged the people in the strategy and organized several company-wide events to celebrate new milestones.

Nextview and BR-ND People are both certified B Corporations and as such share the ideology that business is a force for good.
