Situation
Kirkman Company, YSE and Dialogue are established names within their specific fields and areas of expertise. Organizational consulting firm Kirkman Company transforms organizations to achieve their goals in harmony with people, society and nature. YSE helps organizations change, renew and accelerate through the interim deployment of young professionals through recruitment, selection, training and coaching. Dialogue is a consulting and education agency specializing in training, mediation, coaching and intervision. Its mission is to develop sustainable organizations by strengthening people and teams and making dialogue the norm in society. Together, they decided to merge to make a bigger impact.
Challenge
While the founders of this new organization were exploring the possibilities and opportunities of setting up a new type of ESG firm with the scale to accelerate the positive impact the world needs, they asked us to help them create their brand. In the summer of 2022, in all secrecy, we co-created all the basics they needed - the brand name, the purpose and narrative and some visual identity elements - to further develop their plans and attract important stakeholders along the way. At the start of 2023, their plans became reality, and we continued where we left off, preparing a full house style and communications to secure a successful launch.
Results
Introducing Kyden, a fast track to better. Kyden strives to accelerate the transition to a sustainable society. Along the way, they inspire others to be just as passionate as they are. Within the service lines Consulting & Transformation, Education & Talent and Technology & Data - with a strong focus on ESG - they prepare people for change and make organizations future-proof by activating the transformative power of individuals, teams, organizations, and ecosystems. In May 2023 internal and external audiences got to know Kyden. Their future is promising and will contribute enormously to a more sustainable society.
