We don’t store your payment information. We use the services of Shopify, which uses and processes your payment information in accordance with Shopify’s Privacy Policy.-

When you send us emails or other communications, we maintain those communications and their contents so that we can resolve your inquiries or otherwise assist you.

Usage & location Information

This includes information about your activity on and interaction with the website and where you are visiting from. This information enables us to analyze how the website is being accessed and used, and to track performance. This information is collected by Google Analytics anonymously and stored for an indefinite period.  

Cookies and Other Technologies

We use these technologies to do things such as remember your preferences, keep you safe and improve the website. We are using Google Analytics but never use cookies, trackers or pixels for advertising purposes of third party companies.

While no service is completely secure, we trust our website hosting company, Squarespace, to protect the user information we get of our website. Payment information is transmitted using HTTPS encryption, and Squarespace maintains a PCI DSS certification. Besides Squarespace we trust Shopify with the user information they get to run our web shop. Shopify is an PCI DSS Level 1 compliant serviceprovider. Our accounting software, Informer, get limited access to the user information we collect. Informer has the quality mark of Keurmerk Zeker-OnLine.

Retention & your rights

We'll retain your personal information for as long as we need it to provide the optimal service. You can ask for your personal information to be deleted or changed at any time by contacting us at welcome@br-nd.com.
