As founders pass the torch, a new generation steps forward. For Dröge & van Drimmelen and Dr2, we helped unite a network of consultancies into one brand, Publyon, with a shared purpose, a human story, and an identity built to innovate for a more sustainable world.
The challenge: passing the torch and uniting strengths
There is a turning point in every organization when founders pass the torch to a new generation. This moment is filled with respect for the foundation built, yet it crackles with energy for what lies ahead. This was the starting point for Dröge & van Drimmelen and Dr2. The new leadership team felt a strong calling: to unite the strengths of several successful consultancies into a single brand. The challenge was to transform from a group of individual specialists into one integrated team, ready to drive positive change in a more sustainable world.
Our journey together: from experts to one heart
The core question was clear: do we remain a collection of experts, or do we become one team with one beating heart? Through an intensive, science-based, and playful co-creation journey, we helped the leadership discover their shared drivers. Using our 23plusone emotive methodology, we defined a purpose that reaches far beyond the daily routine.
From this foundation, we shaped a new identity, person by person. We developed the name, the story, the tone of voice, and the visual sparks needed to bring such a transformation to life. "BR-ND People helped us unite not just our labels, but our visions under one flag that we all stand behind with pride," said one of the partners of the new team.
The transformation: Publyon, Beyond Public Affairs
The result is Publyon, launched in March 2023. A powerful, international identity replaced the legacy names, with a crystal-clear promise to create social impact. The tagline, Beyond Public Affairs, captures the ambition to look further than standard lobbying and truly contribute to a better society.
This rebrand marks more than just a new name; it is the birth of a new generation of experts united around a single shared mission. Here, purpose and performance meet in every fiber of the organization. Publyon is now ready to tackle tomorrow’s complex challenges with one voice.
