Our journey together: co-creation from the core

To build this narrative, we engaged with stakeholders across the entire network. Using our science-based and playful approach, we created space for dialogue between executives and frontline professionals. Through structured co-creation sessions and our 23plusone emotive methodology, we gathered lived experiences and future aspirations.

Step by step, these diverse voices merged into one shared story, deeply rooted in collective pride. "Through the sessions with BR-ND People, we suddenly saw that our individual successes are part of a much larger, inspiring whole," said one of the healthcare professionals we worked with.
