The challenge: finding the heartbeat of innovation

Edge Workspaces builds some of the world’s most sustainable and tech-forward buildings, yet a gap remained between the brilliant architecture and the emotional narrative. All the ingredients were there, but the brand was missing a heartbeat that truly brought the daily user experience to life.

Our journey together: listening to the human truth

We began where every living brand begins: with people. In an intensive co-creative process, we brought together the international Edge team, from Amsterdam to Berlin. Using our 23plusone emotive methodology and playful, science-based workshops, we looked beyond functional pillars like technology and design.

We searched for the emotional connection that transforms a workplace from a physical location into a source of energy. "The sessions with BR-ND People helped us finally find the language for the invisible value we create every day," said one of the team members we worked with. We discovered a fundamental core truth: a great workplace is not just a building; it is the set of conditions in which people can truly thrive.
