When several hospitals merged into a new building on the edge of a nature reserve, a different possibility opened up: light, air, and life as the signature. It was a rare moment to create a place where the feeling of care is as healing as the medicine.

From new building to shared meaning

A beautiful space is one thing; a shared culture is something else entirely. The real challenge for Bernhoven was to capture the feeling of a fresh start and transform it into the heartbeat of the organization. We believe that the soul of a brand isn't invented; it's discovered in the people who work there.

Through our BR-ND Insider platform and energetic co-creation sessions, hundreds of colleagues shared their stories and hopes for the new hospital. We didn't simply 'make' the brand; we listened for it.

It shaped the warm visual identity, it guides everyday behavior at the bedside, and it gives every patient a clear promise.
