Three ventures, one mission
This passion for making a positive impact is expressed through two ventures I have initiated:
- BR-ND People – Our creative change agency and B Corp, dedicated to helping organizations build their brand and culture for positive impact.
- The 23plusone Collective – An international training and licensing community for professionals who want to use our science-based method to make a difference in culture, coaching, and communication, with operational hubs from Amsterdam to Johannesburg and Kuala Lumpur.
- Let's Play Equal – A playful yet profound experience that uses serious gaming to make inclusion and diversity tangible and actionable.
Whether I am speaking, lecturing, or working alongside a team, my goal is always the same: to share knowledge and spark the connections that help us build next better, together.
