B Corp Re-certified in ‘25
A leap towards greater impact
On May 28, 2025, BR-ND People proudly received its third B Corp certification, marking a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to using business as a force for good. Our latest B Impact Score soared to 112.9, a substantial increase from our previous scores (2017: 86.1; 2020: 86.1). This achievement underscores our dedication to continuous improvement and positive impact .
Impact through the clients we serve
We're thrilled to see the evolution in the type of work we do with our clients. Increasingly, we're co-developing impact-driven strategies that benefit broader communities. Our role as 'emotive impact transformers' allows us to support organizations and foster new ecosystems of collaborative efforts in vital societal sectors. We're particularly proud to support several new clients in general healthcare, senior citizen care, the cultural sector, infrastructure and our work with two major cities (Amsterdam and Tilburg).
Driving change through DEI initiatives
A key contributor to our improved score is further our intensified focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Recognizing the importance of these values, we co-developed "Let's Play Equal – The Most Unfair Game in the World," a board game designed to foster conversations around justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) in the workplace. This collaborative effort with fellow B Corps—Blyde Benelux, Greenjobs.nl, Misteli Creative Agency—and B Lab Benelux aims to create awareness and understanding of social sustainability issues .
Expanding educational outreach with 23plusone
Our continuous commitment to education in emotional intelligence also led to this improved score. The creation of the 23plusone methodology, a science-based visual approach to values, enables us to measure emotive dynamics and share this with other professionals. In early 2025, this initiative evolved into The 23plusone Collective, an independent entity that continues to expand its reach across Western Europe and Southeast Asia, promoting meaningful connections, leadership and positive behavior in organizations .
Supporting others on their B Corp Journey
Beyond our internal daily efforts, we've extended our expertise to assist other organizations in the Netherlands and Belgium on their path to B Corp certification. Through tailored coaching and consultancy, we've helped several companies navigate the certification process, reinforcing our role as a seasoned B Corp Way consultancy.
